Pattex PL 250 (Polymer based)

General Information

Pattex PL250 construction adhesive is a flexible and multipurpose assembly adhesive for indoor and outdoor applications based on the Flextec® Technology. With its very high initial Tack of 350 kg/m2, PATTEX PL 250 is the strongest construction adhesive within the Pattex Professional Line. Weather and aging resistant, solvent-free and correctable for a few minutes. Neutral odor. No shrinkage. Can be used on wet surfaces, is over-paintable and sandable once cured.

How to use

Cut off tip of the cartridge above the screw thread. Screw on plastic nozzle and cut off the tip of the nozzle.
Place cartridge into gun.
Apply adhesive onto the surface of one of the elements to be bonded. In wave-like form for higher initial tack with large surfaces or in straight strands for smaller surfaces In case of outdoor use, apply vertical strands.
Use hand pressure to set the elements to be bonded into position. If necessary (e.g. heavy items and items under tension), use adhesive tape, wedges, or props to hold the assembled elements together for the initial hours (at least 24 hours) of curing.
